XPE Sports & Atlanta Xplosion Team-Up
The Atlanta Xplosion is proud to announce its partnership with XPE sports as the host
facility for the 2008 Season tryouts. XPE Sports is a sports specific training facility that
focuses on achievement of athletic ability. It was geared for and funded by professional
athletes when it was created in spring of 2002.
"To me this partnership has added value to the organization because it gives us an opportunity
to go into the new season like never before" says President and CEO Takela Corbitt. "Sport
specific training should shorten the learning curve for both rookies and veterans and get
everyone up to football speed in record time."
The workouts promise to use a variety of training techniques that have been validated by
numerous athletes from all professional sports. The try outs will consist of a series of
tests that XPE and Xplosion staffs will perform such as the popular 40 yard sprint.
"XPE will work hand and hand with the Xplosion Staff to get the most out of the team" says XPE
sports trainer Lilian Abdelmaleck. "In order for a team to be successful, everyone must be
involved!"
