With much respect, the Xplosion look forward to playing in one of the best match ups in the Independent Women’s Football League (IWFL) this season. The Divas (8-0) are coming off a 38-3 victory over the Cape Fear Thunder. The DC Divas are in their first-year with the IWFL. Individual playoff game tickets are still available and range from $12-$15. The Atlanta Xplosion franchise is a women's tackle football team in its fifth season. In 2006, the Xplosion won the IWFL Championship, which was a well deserved victory against a first-class organization, the Detroit Demolition. The team has compiled a 42-8 record and is the 2006 and 2005 Independent Women's Football League (IWFL) Eastern Conference Champion.
